Yogurt Dipped Strawberries

Curb your after dinner dessert cravings with these super fresh strawberry popsicles. They are a great bite sized treat and can be topped with any goodies you like.

How to make:

  1. Dip large strawberries in natural or vanilla flavoured yogurt and pop onto a baking paper line tray.
  2. Sprinkle yogurt covered strawberries with crushed pistachios, and grated dark chocolate flakes.
  3. Freeze until ready to serve.

Lemon Coconut Protein Balls

Pucker up and make yourself this zesty little treat. No bake protein balls are the best go-to-snack when you’re in need of an afternoon energy hit. They are super easy to make and can be stored in the fridge or freezer.

How to make:

  1. Pulse one cup of cashews in a food processor until chopped.
  2. Add one cup of soaked dates, ½ cup shredded coconut, chia seeds, the zest of one lemon and 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder. Blend until dough is formed
  3. Roll dough into balls and cover in coconut shreds.

Rice Paper Rolls

How to make:

  1. Julienne cucumber, capsicum and iceberg lettuce.
  2. Finely slice avocado and sprinkle with sesame
  3. In a pan sauté sliced mushrooms with garlic and teriyaki dressing.
  4. Prepare your rice paper sheets by dipping them in water.
  5. Layer the above ingredients inside and wrap. Set rolls to the side and cover with a moist paper towel to avoid them drying out.

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Rinse and thoroughly dry kale then tear into small pieces and remove stems.
  3. Put kale pieces into a bowl and season to your liking. We recommend seasoning with olive oil, salt, pepper and a dash of lemon for a simple approach. Or paprika and chilli oil for something a little different.
  4. Place on a baking paper lined tray and bake for 10 – 15 minutes.
