• 4 wraps, preferably wholemeal
  • 1 avocado, mashed with a little lemon juice, salt and pepper
  • 200g lean chicken, sliced
  • 4 – 8 lettuce leaves (depending on size)
  • ½ – 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced


  • Spread avocado over wraps. Top with chicken, lettuce, and cucumber and roll up firmly.
  • Cut into lengths that suit you. Secure with string or a strip of greaseproof paper and pack in lunchbox.
