Easy Guacamole


  • 2 avocados, halved and pitted (any variety – whatever is in season)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 dashes Worcester sauce
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 clove garlic, finely diced or crushed
  • 1 tomato, diced


Mash the avocados with a fork and mix with the lime juice, Worcester sauce and Tabasco.

Stir in the garlic and the tomato and season with salt.

Serve with nachos.
