Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • 1 apple grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Cinnamon

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, cover and leave in fridge over night for oats to soak up with liquid.

Serve with natural Greek yoghurt, a sprinkle of coconut, fresh berries (Alana usually hasstrawberries and raspberries) and toasted almonds.
