• 250g – 500g sliced chicken, pork or beef
  • As many veggies as possible! Try sliced red capsicum, sliced onions, snow peas, baby corn, broccoli, sliced red chillies
  • Your choice of noodles or brown rice
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Gold Medal Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey soy


Heat oil in a wok over medium to high heat. Stir fry meat in batches, transfer to a plate.

Cook vegetables over a high heat. Add meat back to the wok along with the noodles, mix in the sauce and heat through.

Serve with fresh basil leaves.
