Ingredients

  • 1 cup peach slices; peeled
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • Mint leaves

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass, add mint leaves to garnish and serve.
