• 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 head broccoli, grated
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 cup cabbage or carrot kraut


Thoroughly wash all vegetables before cutting. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together well.

Note: You can buy pre made kraut but we recommend making your own using ingredients from Your Local Fruit Shop as it is healthy, cheap and easy to make. However you will need to make it ahead of time as the kraut takes around 7 days to ferment. Here is a simple cabbage kraut recipe you can try.
