Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt


  • 1 punnet strawberries
  • 900g pack vanilla yoghurt


  • Rinse and drain strawberries and remove green tops. Place in food processor and chop coarsely.
  • If you have an ice cream machine: Add yoghurt, process briefly then transfer to an ice cream maker. Churn for 20 minutes, then pack into a freezer container. Cover with aluminium foil and freeze.
  • If you to not have an ice cream machine: Puree the strawberries and stir in the yoghurt. Pour into a freezer tray and freeze. Break up, return to the food processor and whip until smooth. Return to the tray and unfreeze. Repeat the whipping process again, then return to the tray, smooth the top, cover with aluminium foils and freeze.
  • Serve scoops of strawberry frozen yoghurt with sliced fresh strawberries.
