• 1 punnet of strawberries
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 4 tsp of icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • chocolate sprinkles


  1. Cut off the top third of the strawberries and stand the bottoms on a tray.
  2. Make the frosting by beating together the cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Use a piping bag to pipe the mixture onto the bottom half of the strawberries and then replace the tops.
  4. Add a small amount of the mixture to form a pom pom on the hat and buttons down the front.
  5. Use tweezers to add chocolate sprinkles for the eyes, dust with icing sugar and your Santas are ready to go.
