Ingredients

  • ½ seedless watermelon
  • 250g feta
  • 3 tbs shredded mint
  • 30 small cooked, peeled prawns

Directions

  1. Cut watermelon into slices 1.5cm thick.
  2. Cut out rounds using a 3cm-diameter cutter.
  3. Crumble feta in a bowl. Mix with mint.
  4. Top watermelon pieces with feta mixture and a small cooked, peeled prawn.
