• 2 tablespoons chia
  • ⅔ cup light coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)


Winter Fruit Toppers:

  • Sliced pawpaw
  • Strawberries
  • Passionfruit


Crunchy Topper:

  • Crushed nuts, seed mix, coconut flakes.
  • Granola of your choice


  1. Stir together coconut milk, chia seeds and maple syrup. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning grab a mason jar or container and layer pudding with passionfruit and pawpaw. Top with berries and a crunchy topper of your choice.
