One of the healthiest of all vegies, Brussels sprouts are closely related to cabbages and broccoli.

To prepare Brussels sprouts remove loose leaves, wash sprouts in cold water and trim a small amount off the base of each sprout. Cook as desired.

Selecting Tips

Select firm brussels sprouts with bright, compact leaves. Store unwashed in a plastic bag in fridge for up to three days.
